I don't know who needs to hear this, but if anyone's wondering how are the shops there currently, it's really not worth checking out.

I was curious to know but there hasn't been much updates. And I used to go to the viet nearest to the provision shop for a quick cheap HJ ($40) when I'm working nearby. But I went there 3 days ago and the MLs there all look unappealing... save yourself the time to check out other places!
