Hotel81 cheats, dont pay EXTRA for big/good room

Guys... I only went H81 once so I didnt know what to expect. I was told to pay $40 for the first time I go. It's bencoolen 81. For the so called member do I need to fill in any form? Cause I didnt fill in any.

Hey guys. Just want to share with you my experience at KOvan Hotel81.

I was told to pay $30 at the reception and i was told the same thing that some

of the bros here had experience.

I couldn't believe that i have to pay the extra $10 bucks just for some

sTupiD membership which entitled you to have a $20 for 2hr the next

time you patronize H81 again. I told them i don't need that.

I argued with the staff and i think the manager heard me.

He returned me the $10.

Frankly, whats the $10 bucks to us cheongster.

Is just that we don"t want to be treated as fools. Moreover, I have

been in this "FiElds" for many years and all along they charge only $10/hr..

Some of my kakis even intend to write to the board to seek for clarifications.

Anyway, hope it didn't ruin our mood in bonkings....

Not really lah. Membership has 2 advantages
1) Discounts for overnite; member rate vs rack rate
2) Waiver of $10 room deposit

so far thats all i see....any more plus points?

That's correct bro... basically some benefits for 'members', depending if u see it attractive. H81 at tourist areas are more expensive, that's why I try to avoid Chinatown & Bencoolen... still got other branches can go lah at $20
Mebbe some rich bro here can invest, open a rival chain 'H69' and give SBF bros free membership

Just want to share that,
First time book Lavender H81 = $30.
Second time at Chinatown(Cosy) = $20
Third time at Kovan H81 = $20.

When booking room, I just pass the IC and $50
( with out asking the price).
Then the last 2 time is $20 only leh.

May be all H81 is computerised and link. Thus at Lavander H81,
$30 and after that only $20.

Lavender81 I remember it being only $20 for 2 hours if you are a member. Just like Kovan81. So bro hondawave8, I guess your first booking at Lavender81 is at $30 for 2 hours because the additional $10 was used to 'purchase' your hotel81 membership and the balance $20 was for the 2 hours transit room that you got.

lol bro i 1st time went to kovan 81 today.. rem the previous post and told the guy there i wan 20 dollar transit room only.. was told to pay 20 dollar then for the deposit.. after everything ended went to return rm key.. and the guy gave me the 20 dollars back.. i was like wtf.. tot suppose to be pay for the room.. i ask them issit thats all for the checking out and they say yes.. hope they wouldnt bill to my address for the room charge?
