I am now told to call after 21 July. I think I have to cheong, as I am very sure Dr Irene's appointment book will fill up pretty fast. Her charges are $150 for 90 minutes and she only accepts outcalls to either your own home, car or any other space which does not require to check-in with her own passport. This means that budget hotels (which require 2 i/c) are out of the question for her.
