Hi any seniors can help to comment the difference between NY Spa and NZ Spa?

I have only been to NY Spa before but think standard is like slowly down. Thinking to go NZ Spa, can help to comment on the difference? like pool area, steam room, movie room food etc....

NY spa & NZ spa are in the same situation as they are owned by the same boss..... who is now on the run and wanted by the polis for suspected involvement in a murder case. I believe it is only a matter of time before these 2 spas change management.

Facilities wise, both is similar.
However, I prefer NZ SPA facilities, pool area is bigger then NY SPA.
Gives me a more cosy feeling unlike NY pool area, a bit too clamp to my liking.
Pricing, NY is cheaper by RM10 compared to NZ.
Parking, NY is standard RM4 per entry whole day.
NZ depending on what time you enter and leave.
So far, max is RM3 per entry after 5 or 6 pm.
Other time I leave before 5pm, I only paid RM1 at ticket machine.

IMO i would prefer NZ spa to NY. Firstly the amenities wins NY hands down..Girls-wise not much difference.. Staff-wise the captain and waiter at NZ i think service better. Food wise i prefer NZ also

The hardware is excellent but the software sucks.
The facilities in this spa are good but there are some internal staffing problems at the moment so service and morale are down...... including quality and number of WLs.

Looks like we have to wait until the new management takes over before we see an improvement back to previous levels of service.
