Back to ecp for a morning jog today. It rained in the morning over the past 2 days so I went to the sports hub and had my morning run along the 100 plus promenade which is 800m a round outside the 23 gates. Similar to west coast park in terms of the number of shirtless ladies jogging.
Then when the rain stopped this morning I went to ecp and I went the opposite direction from Fort Rd towards Gdns By the Bay east n looped back then went towards marine parade. Well, it’ was a very gd morning run.

I used to run full marathons though I now just do max 12k as I m not in my 30s anymore.
