You could get legit massage in Alexis. The girls doing it will not be pretties, but supposedly hired for their massage skills. i understand that other than the first 3 days of the start of ramadan and the last 2 days of the fasting, most places are open.
Alexis sure open and maliboro too. places like red square, CJ, BATS will open too but will probably close an hour earlier , i.e 2am instead of usual 3am.
