For all that are interested in the QiGong materials (it include some DIY JuaGeng as well), just drop me a PM or leave your email address in the forum and I will email to you soon. No min points required.

But I would like to informed all that this was just something which I took up just out of interest to improve my health (and hoping to improve manhood as well, hehe). I'm still learning it and a noivce. So please understand if I cant advise more on it.

What got me interested in it was because I read in the book that if practice correctly (the technique is taught in the book), it would help in the manhood as well . And that's how I started sharing the materials here, in case some are wondering how it started in this thread.

However, I must highlight that this materials is all in Chinese Text (so u need to be fluent in Chinese to understand it) and its not easy to understand. You should have some background in QiGong in order to able to appreciate it, or alternatively advise and guide by some expert.

After practicing for a year plus, I have only grap some of basics but I do felt that my health had improved (manhood slightly too in able to last longer). But I couldnt progress further (and I sometime encounter headache when I switch between the different breathing technique) and I need someone to guide me to advance further. Hence, I am also looking for proper classes to attend now.

My advise is you can read for info. But if you really are interested to go into it, please do consult some expert or attend some proper classes to ensure that you are practicing it correctly.

Also besides the previous materials, which are all in text, I had also found some new materials that simplies the understanding QiQong theory and techniques using Manga Drawing. Although it was originated from Japan, the explaination text are all in Chinese Text as well. I find this book very helpful for beginner to understand.

I am now in midst of scanning the whole book. So please give me a day or 2 and I will send it out once I have completed it.
