Well if you like dark skin girls you, its a good place to go, however, hotels are not enough, because almost every week there is an exhibition so hotels are always full. I always stayed at Parkroyal when I am in Yangon. Just last month I stayed there on the Orchid club for USD140/ night. Last Thursday, I paid USD265/ night.
This price is already corporate rate. It's really crazy over there. Of course there will be cheaper hotels, you just need to spend some time to check.
