Food of course ... it takes a lot of Control when you're making Steak.
Marinate until you get a Salt / Pepper crust - Oven set at 250F for approx 45min~1hr depending on size - Rest for 10 minutes then Sear - Sear 1 min per side. Serve piping hot.

Depending on which school of thought you follow.... Some will say you have to let the steak rest a little while before serving or eating... ☺️😉 but that school of thought also Sears the steak first before putting in oven... 😜😝

This is the Reverse Sear Method. Tried and Tested. DAMN GOOD !!!! MEDIUM RARE CONFIRM CHOP STAMP Pun Pi Pi also !

I tried both before but much rather go out and have it... Hahahaha... 😜 These days will only cook steak if we have BBQ.... 😜😝

Recently tried reverse sear and find that it's better than the usual well.

You pay around S$40 for 2 slabs of good steak and then oven and cooking it takes less than 1 hour. Throw in some salad / instant mash / drizzle some instant sauce ... hmmmmmm heaven
