I'm sorry, just very curious about this. Geylang houses, especially cat40 only have thai. I wonder why, is it the sg government only issue license to thai nationality? Thai is good but too much tomyan also feel boring.

This is under the rules and regulations set by the Singapore governement and those OKT have to sign when getting their license approved.

The govt dont want Sg men to get into marriage with Cat 40 WLs.

Well, prostitution in bangkok and singapore is legal right but it is illegal in China. Therefore, the Singapore govt cannot issue work permit for PRCs to work here as the Chinese govt will not approve. So nothing much the Singapore govt can do here.
