Hi. I live in NYC and yes Sandy hit NY, but all is good now.
Please be specific about what you want are looking for.

Options:
1) Asians - mostly PRC, Koreans. You can find Asian massage paroles (AMP) that give you massage, HJ, and FJ. Usually $130-$150, but some in Manhattan charge more. You can find them on the World Journal Chinese newspaper. Service and location is not as good as Singapore. I recommend a place that has Koreans. Generally better service and a little more exotic since you get plenty of PRC in SG.

2) White - I assume this is what you are looking for. It's been harder to find working girls since they've been cracking down. I would try online message boards like www.backpage.com under adult services. These will be escort delivery to hotel mostly: between $300-$500. Some are fake some are real. Many are older pictures when they were you ger/thinner. There are sites like www.theeroticreview.com that have SBF like FR so you can get some feedback

I sometimes sneak out during lunchbreak in Manhattan to one of those asian massage palours (AMP) for table shower (realy shiok to have someone give you a warm shower when it is freezing) and service.
