In Netherlands, its called Euthanasia. In Singapore, its better known as Murder!

And the penalty for murder for local or foreigner is the same here.

Are you a doctor or a quack, euthanasia or mercy killing normally done by doc to assist terminal ill patients who has expressed wish to end their life so as to escape the pain and suffering. Don't expect this over here, our gov too "moral" and "rightoues" to allow this things thou they have a modified version called AMD (Advanced medical directive). Where one can express one wish not to be revive upon flat lining, thou I think refusal to take medicine and treatment is also considered too. Cos got a relative who pass on last year after she told doc of her desire to stop all dialysis treatment and slowly withered away.
