Really very bad response service from the OKT. Try to book Mila yesterday for today slot, he said don't need, just has to sms him today around 10 - 11 am for today slot, but sms him today since 11+ am, no response from him until now, my fire had cooled off already! Really no mood already! Sick...!

Finally, these OKT responsed and replied around 1 pm for my booking, but timing not right for me. I had also clarified with him that there wasn't any rejection fee required if we rejected his FLs, just walk away.
