What rule did she breach? She's just being a normal person in her private time. The guy at the other end of the video call may be her husband or bf in Myanmar. If anything, the employer breached her right to privacy by placing a camera on top of the cupboard. Is he trying to flim her changing clothes?
Please be nicer to Burmese maids. It's a really poor country and they may have borrowed money to pay the middleman. Unlike maids from other countries, if they get sent back to their home country, they are effectively being sent back to a war zone.
