Maybe can train... Search google on how to train your PCC muscle.. (or is it PPC) basicaly when you pee, you try to stop halfway. That is the muscle you want to "train" by contracting and relaxing several times a day. heard its good for PE. Gives you more control.

Instead of tensing the PC muscles, try relaxing them, like allowing yourself to pee. But of course, don't pee into your girl lah.

Sometimes tensing the PC muscles may cause ejaculation, and relaxing them may prolong the point of no return.
