Knn, pappies really hopeless when combating crime and criminals in the island. They enacted jelly laws to whack hooligans with feather duster instead of using iron rods.

Any one with past court convictions should not have charges considered when he is sentenced for his offences or to have all charges against him piled into one concurrent sentence of imprisonment. Those with previous court conviction should be sentenced on consecutive term for each charge levied against him and if he deserves to be locked up for 20 years, so be it.

Fair to give new offender a chance to have other charges considered when sentencing him but in cases like this criminal, Jai, he should be sentenced on each charge and serve his sentence consecutively. All criminals will wake up to behave.

In USA, it is "3 strikes, and you are out" of action for the long haul. In sinkie land, jelly laws only encourage hooligans and rogues to perpetrate crime.
