In Singapore,I know they ban ep and spass if you kena HIV positive. What about PR and neutralisied citizen converted stay here for long years kena tio HIV? HIV needs to declare in job also ?

Typical job application for most job sector doesn't need. Why are you asking? Having a criminal record would be worse. Easily if your field/company is tied to gov sector. One is confirmed done.
